  • Account Management: Creating Your user account, invoicing, and processing payments (shared with third parties like Paypal and/or Stripe).

  • Service Fulfillment: Responding to inquiries and fulfilling requests for Services.

  • Marketing and Advertising: Sending email newsletters/updates, marketing our Services and integrated services, personalizing experiences, and targeting ads (shared with third-party advertising partners).

Information Submitted for Services


  • Information uploaded to the Site for validation (CSV, TXT, Google Sheets) may be stored encrypted for thirty (30) days; You can manually delete it sooner.

  • bounceler may cache and store results generated through the Services; customers may opt-out by disabling the cache in the account help settings.

  • By registering or providing information, You consent to Your Personal Information being collected, used, and stored in accordance with this Policy.



Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights



Opting-Out of Future Contacts


  • You may opt-out of promotional email by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by submitting a request via the "Contact Us" link.

  • You cannot opt-out of receiving administrative messages directly related to Your use of the Services.

If You request deletion of Your account, we may retain certain Personal Information for recordkeeping purposes, to complete prior transactions, or to comply with our legal obligations (including HIPAA and other statutory retention periods).

The Site and Services are controlled by bounceler, located in the United States.

  • For customers that elect to use bounceler’s API server in the United States: Personal Information will be processed in the U.S.

  • In all other instances, bounceler processes and stores Personal Information in the EU.

To ensure GDPR compliance for transfers of data originating in the EU/UK, we implement a data processing addendum and the EU and UK Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). By using the Site and Services, You consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of Your residence, including the United States and the EU.
